RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT:
A deposit of approx. 30% per cruise is required to confirm your reservation on all cruises. All deposits and payments are in Euro, HR Kunas or US dollars; no other currencies will be accepted. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure payable by money order.
CRUISE FARE:
The cruise fare includes all normal shipboard services and facilities. Read the Price list for your choose cruise carefully to avoid any misunderstandings. The cruise fare does not normally include airfare, shore excursions transfers to and from the ship, port charges ( unless stated in cruise itinerary), meals ashore, gratuities, bar drinks, laundry, insurance or any item of personal nature.
ITINERARY CHANGES AND PRICE INCREASES:
Itineraries are subject to change and may need to be altered or canceled specifically because of wind, water or ice factors. Prices/itineraries shown here are subject to change with or without notice. Itineraries described are subject to change at the discretion of the ship’s master due to weather conditions, availability, anchorages, political conditions and other factors beyond our control without consulting participants. Such decisions will be made in the best interest of all passengers aboard and with regard to the safety of the vessel. Participants have no right to any refund or other considerations in the event of these inevitable itinerary changes.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS FOR CRUISES:
All requests for cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received 90 days prior to departure are fully refundable less an administrative fee of 300,00 USD per person. Please note that within the 90 day limit all deposits and tariffs are forfeited.
It is strongly recommended that trip cancellation insurance be obtained. No refunds will be made for any part of the program in which you choose not to participate, including any zodiac cruising and/or shore excursions (if applicable and which, at the discretion of the Captain and Expedition Leader, may or not be utilized.) Refunds cannot be made to passengers who do not complete the tour for any reason.
